Les livrables attendus \u00e9taient des maquettes graphiques sur Figma. J&rsquo;\u00e9tais seul designer sur le projet, et je collaborais avec l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\ud83c\udfaf L&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait de simplifier et fluidifier le parcours utilisateur, et homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser la charte graphique, en prenant en compte les principaux <strong>points de douleurs<\/strong> remont\u00e9s par les adh\u00e9rents :<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element confuses sur les natures des prestations<\/li><li>Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 consulter et t\u00e9l\u00e9charger les documents<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element des employ\u00e9s du groupe Banque Populaire, proches de la retraite ou \u00e0 la retraite, pour la plupart peu \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise avec les interfaces digitales.<br \/>J&rsquo;ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 une fiche persona, puis j&rsquo;ai fait un sch\u00e9ma d&rsquo;un parcours utilisateur optimis\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les pain points et mon analyse du portail existant ont en fait r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une interface trop confuse pour le public cible, une hi\u00e9rarchisation insuffisante de l&rsquo;information, et des t\u00e2ches trop complexes \u00e0 effectuer. <br \/>J&rsquo;ai donc orient\u00e9 ma refonte vers une <strong>simplification de la navigation<\/strong>, une r\u00e9organisation des composants et des informations, en veillant \u00e0 garder une <strong>coh\u00e9rence
